Back in November I held a photo contest and I finally got to meet and photograph the lucky winners a few weeks ago! Meet Jesse and Joe! The recently engaged couple decided to use their free session for some engagement photos. They wanted to incorporate Jesse’s horse into the session and so I headed out to the Pontypool! I had never heard of Pontypool before so naturally I would Google it. I probably should have included Ontario in the search because instead of finding some photos of a small town in Ontario, I discovered that Pontypool is also the name of a horror movie from 2008…actually according to IMDB it’s a “psychological thriller in which a deadly virus infects a small Ontario town.” Huh…not exactly what I was looking for. Well it turns out that the place Pontypool, Ontario is a tiny little town with a lovely scenic drive from Newmarket. That was much better :)

And now for the bonus… Here is the exact moment I got shocked by the electric fence haha. Clearly I got in a little too close for the photo. The jolt made me press the shutter and alas helped me create this masterpiece! :)
