Hellooo! (I suddenly feel the need to follow that with a “I’m Russell Oliver and I pay you CASH for your gold!)
So I’ve been wanting to do a shoot with motor bikes for a long time, my friend Mike has one but we’ve never been able to coordinate a time to go out riding and shooting…hahah I say that like I ride motorbikes. Luck would have it that my cousin Ricky recently bought a Yamaha R6 and I finally got to do a shoot! I also got to take it for a VERY slow spin around the parking lot. I wish someone took a picture of me tipping over in slow motion when I tried to stop and stand hahaha. Anyway, we went to a few different locations around Newmarket. First we hit up Keele Street to try to get some nice country scenery without the traffic to do some motion shots which worked out pretty well. Then I just wanted to do some more urban grungy shots of the bike so the back of the Tannery was perfect, close enough to civilization but just dodgy enough that a crazy person could jump out at anytime (no crazies were present). And of course, what is a photoshoot with Navy Nhum without some jumping!
