Phew! Now that I’ve caught up with some sleep, time to share some of the stunning photos taken by students of the Daytripper Photo Wedding Workshop! First off I want say a big thank you to Bryan Weiss and Gabriel Bousquet of Daytripper Photo for allowing me to be apart of this fantastic event. It’s been a crazy few months designing and planning this workshop but it was SO worth it in the end! I had so much fun teaching and speaking about wedding photography, meeting all the different photographers and helping them with their first styled wedding photoshoot. I also want to send a big shout out and thank you to our sponsors for helping us make the session as awesome as it was!
Aside from a few temperature issues, the workshop was a great success! (It literally was the coldest day of the year with -25c temperature and windchill close to -40.) And so far from the feedback, everyone was happy they showed up and didn’t hate us for making them get out of their warm beds that morning haha. I was ecstatic when I saw some of the images that people got from the workshop! Bryan, Gabriel and I really wanted to offer a workshop that not only provided tons of useful information but also give people the opportunity to practice shooting and create beautiful images that they could use for their own portfolios. Here are just a few samples of the great work done by the students of the workshop!
Thanks again to everyone for coming out and I hope you had as much fun as I did. I hope to do another wedding session soon but for now it’s time to get ready for the Daytripper Portrait session on March 8th! Stay tuned for more details on that!
